  • Q 2 -- WHAT DO WE BRING ?
  • A 2 -- FOOD ITEMS, COMFY & STURDY SHOES FOR WALKING / HORSERIDING, INSECT REPELLANT, FAVOURITE CD'S and DVD's, BOOK/S, GROG/BOOZE, TENNIS GEAR (rackets & balls), SWIMMERS & TOWEL(all other linen is provided), GOLF GEAR, small BACK PACK for bush walks, JUMPER, JACKET, FISHING GEAR and A SMILE! Even though they are self contained, we spoil you by supplying some complimentary goodies, farm fresh eggs, tea & coffee, jams etc and bake you the famous loaf ! (for min. 2 night stays).
  • Q 3 -- HOW DO WE FIND YOU ?
  • A 3 -- NOT DIFFICULT, A 2 1/2 HOUR DRIVE FROM start of northern F3 Express way. WE WILL SEND YOU EXPLICIT INSTRUCTIONS WITH VARIOUS SCENIC ROUTE DETAILS. TAR ROAD ALL THE WAY TO THE GATE. If you have SAT NAV, the GPS Coordinates : 32.14.40 SOUTH - 151.41.02 EAST
  • Q 4 -- CAN WE BRING PETS ?
  • A 4 -- Accommodation for your Pet. 14 km south of Dungog on the way to us. Boarding Rates are - Dogs and or cats - $10 each per day. Phone Sue Flannery on (02) 4996 5528. SORRY THE NATIVE ANIMALS CAN'T TOLERATE MOST OF THEM AT THE CABIN SURROUNDS.
  • Q 5 -- HOW DO WE PAY YOU ?
  • A 5 -- BY MASTER/VISA CARD OR MONEY ORDER, CHEQUE (need time to clear) OR CASH or for the deposit, by payment into Bluegums account at any COMMONWEALTH BANK, direct debit or with EFT banking. Telephone us on (02) 4995 9339 for more details. YOU CAN BOOK & PAY ON LINE but it will cost us in commission ! DON'T E-MAIL US YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS AS THAT IS NOT SAFE !
  • Q 6 -- HOW SOON SHOULD I DECIDE TO COME ?
  • A 6 -- DEPENDS ON TIME OF YEAR / SEASON (check with us) BUT CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING TAKES PLACE WHEN WE RECEIVE A DEPOSIT. (as in A5 above, can be done over phone).
  • Q 7 -- How far to the A La Carte fully licensed restaurant & horse riding?
  • A 7 -- At our neighbours, about 500 meters away & as they have limited operating times, booking is essential.
  • A 8 -- How do we get a massage?
  • Q 8 -- Lisa Parmeter, fully qualified, lives nearby & comes to your cabin & booking is essential. Her contact details are given on booking.
  • Q 9 -- Are the cabins set apart ?
  • A 9 -- Yes the 2 cabins and our house are seperate with discreet landscaping in between for your privacy and the nearest neighbour is about 500 meters away. Lily pond cabin 1 faces south and Possum cabin 2 faces north.
  • Q 10 -- WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCELL MY BOOKING ?
  • A 10 -- IF YOU CAN GIVE 21 DAYS NOTICE, YOUR PAYMENT LESS A $65 ADMIN. FEE WILL BE RETURNED. IF CANCELLING WITHIN 21 DAYS OF ARRIVAL DATE, YOUR PAYMENT WILL BE RETURNED ONLY IF WE CAN RE-BOOK THE CABIN LESS THE $65 ADMIN. FEE. Sorry but no refunds for early check out or "no show" for what ever reason.
  • Q 11 -- WHAT ABOUT IF I WANT TO CHANGE THE DATES OF MY BOOKING ?
  • A 11 -- NO PROBLEM PROVIDED WE receive min. of 21 days notice & ARE AVAILABLE FOR NEW DATES, there is a $65 Admin. fee.
  • Accidents happen & we will use our discretion but guests are responsible for all damages. The costs of which will be deducted using their credit card.
