MINIMUM CANCELLATION NOTICE IS 21 DAYS OR REFUND OF DEPOSIT IS SUBJECT TO CABIN BEING RE-BOOKED, AND $65 CANCELLATION or CHANGE OF DATE FEE APPLIES.

Booking can be deferred if notified with a minimum of 21 days notice before confirmed arrival date.
No refund for a no Show or early check out.

Accidents happen & we will use our discretion but guests are responsible for all damages. The costs of which will be deducted using their credit card.
